  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping methods available will depend on your location and the selected delivery options during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: This is our basic shipping option with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

  • Domestic Shipping (UK): We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 within the UK. For orders below £50, a flat shipping rate will be applied.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the delivery address. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Domestic Orders (within the UK):

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Orders:

    • Delivery time varies depending on the destination country, with an estimated delivery range of 7-14 business days.
    • EXPERIENCED is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen events.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for international orders. For domestic UK orders, we do accept P.O. Box addresses.
  • Undeliverable Addresses: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the order.

7. International Shipping

For international customers, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. EXPERIENCED is not responsible for any charges imposed by customs authorities.
  • Customs Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns about delivery times or additional fees.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@experienced.wiki, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist with your claim. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
