Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents, and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Processing Time: After we receive the returned item, we will process the return and issue a refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:
